I've e-mailed this company several times over the last 2 years simply to have them confirm that I have dual citizenship. They respond to my e-mails asking for more information and when provided, they stop responding completely.

The website is terrible and not user friendly. Some of the information you fill out online won't even show up when you print it out. And the documents they request upon submission isn't even listed on the required documents page.

they save lives

Terrible service. Was treated like garbage by the employee. They assume that customers have all the information to go through the process. Obviously this is difficult and most people have not done before. Why cant you guys treat customers with respect? 0/5 stars.
