I called them one day and same day they gived me appointment I'm really happy that we have this guys, the phone call to them wasn't that bad I waited maybe 10 min before someone answered great job guys keep it up cheers.

I have been waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over an hour. Do I have to walk in to make an appointment or will you answer the phone in a timely manner? Ridiculous!

These guys are an absolute joke absolutely no class at all and their phone service is terrible took me 3 days to reach them because they automatically put you on hold.. there's no way in hell there that busy just a bunch of lazy people!!

After working with several people at the Consulate.   They worked with me at an eye to eye level.  Lots of respect, Lots of assistance, They had to follow the protocol set out by the government, but they always made it happen.   I found rather than waiting long periods on the phone, all i had to do was email them and got excellent responses from them every time.
