Best service best people. All these desi peiple freaking out are the reason they dont get good service. I have seen same people stuck at immigration check out at the air port when they come back from pakistan for hours and they never utter a word and suck balls of the official. Wont anythinf but YES SIR YES SIR. Try to give respect to your own people they are all the way here to serve you. Treat them the same way you treat service Canada centre or any othe Govt centres here in Canada. You all act like you are in Pakistan and they are in Pakistan. Breaking lines trying to get ahead of all. Going to windows interrupting staff to make it quick or u have something to do. The staff has changed their behavior but our desi people can never no matter where they live. Kudos to Pakistan consulate for providing such an amazing service. Please ignore these stupid people

Slow & not organized! They could perform much better and efficient though. I booked my appointment online and they still had me and other people with online appointments go through the regular way.

Keep it up guys! Marked improvement in overall processes, customer service and office ambiance since I last visited couple of years back.

I highly appreciate the service !!! They just need to add a little bit more staff. I am giving 4 star to their service instead of 5 just because of Camera man is highly unprofessional. I request to replace the camera man. He gonna ruin all the image of the Embassy. Please Kick him out.

Lovely place, looks and smells great. They're very well organized - intuitive positioning of all services, especially getting in the queue. I applied for a new passport and they have the best cameras, each one a DSLR, to ensure your passport is a legible piece of identification for travel. Excellent delivery service, on time and very easy to track. Bathrooms are great too in case you're there during rush hour and you need to drop a big steamy load.
