this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced..the receptionist was soo rude..gave me straight answers and just hunged up the phone. she just gave me 30 seconds of her time..and i jave been trying to call them for 2 weeks...i am a disappointed ghanaian..NEVER AGAIN!

This consulate in Toronto, is the most unprofessional business place, I've ever dealt with.The place is so small and there's no organizational skills there. the secretary is the worse, very grumpy lady, it almost seem like she's begged to work there. they all sit and chat whiles people are waiting for them. After going through all that hustle , the dates and times they ask you to come in for your visa or even passport renewal is a challenge. they treat foreigners better than the citizen. the same attitude of workers in Ghana is the same thing they do here. this place needs to change staffs and also organize their stuffs well. WISH THERE WAS A NO STAR, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A NEGATIVE STAR!!!

Very unprofessional office. The receptionist should be placed in the back as she does not know who to deal with the general public.
