During the London Outreach, I successfully completed several transactions, including an SPA, a Report of Death application, passport renewals for my children, SSS benefits and membership updates, and voter registration.n​I want to commend the office for its excellent organization despite the limited space. The process was smooth from the start, with helpful staff guiding us from the hotel entrance lobby up to the registration and queue lines on the service floor.n​What I appreciated most was how the employees treated me. Even when I lacked forms, misplaced documents, or felt confused, they went the extra mile to help. It was a highly satisfactory experience.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Janice Lorenzo. Although the oversight was entirely my fault for not reviewing my receipt, Janice went above and beyond to resolve the issue and expedited my SPA application. Excellent work, and thank you to everyone involved in processing my request.

I went here walk in to verify my work for OEC needed going back home. I ran a problem due to specific reason of my work related and having trouble to verify. BUT SIR BENNY AND THE OTHER STAFFS are so helpful and HELP ME IN THE VERY END. They didn’t let me feel behind and update me so much that I feel I have someone to rely on here In Canada. I am very grateful for all the staff here in Philippines Consulate Toronto. Salamat po sobra. God bless po sa inyong lahat!

I was able to avail the Philippine Consulate outreach service in Windsor, Ontario on September 6, 2025, and I am truly grateful for this initiative. I completed my SPA during the event, and it was such a great help for Filipinos in the area. Instead of traveling almost 8 hours round trip to Toronto—plus the added expenses—the outreach service made it so much more convenient, saving both time and money.nnThis service was a big benefit not just for Windsorites, but also for nearby counties and even some Filipino-Americans from Michigan who came to take part. I would highly recommend that the Philippine Consulate continue this program and hopefully offer it at least twice a year, so more Filipinos in Windsor can avail of these important services.nnMaraming salamat for bringing the Consulate closer to the community!

Quick transaction for us. Less than an hour. Regretting Purchasing 3hrs parking 21$.Parking at the back of bldg Redpath Ave.Going back tomorrow for oath taking applying for dual - 310$ for 4 of us. Trying to ask favor if we can take oath today but bec its 4 of us, time is tight for them. Another visit tomorrow.
