Wonderful staff and great ambiance between members. Everyone is respectful and inspiring. However, it would be nice to have new equipment here and there (trap bar anyone?). The only major letdown is again, as many of us have been pleading on here, the schedule. We all wish it was open on Sundays and maybe a bit later during the week! That would make all the difference especially since management seems to know this is an ongoing complaint. Please listen to us!

Although it's small, there is a good selection of machines and the atmosphere is nice. My only complaints are that I wish they were open on a Sunday and there is a general lack of heavy free weights. In particular a real lack of heavy weight plates for the barbell. Just because it's women-only gym doesn't mean we don't want to lift heavy! That said, it is good value if you're on the $10 a month plan, it's conveniently located, and there are no men around trying to "fix" your form.

I love this gym! Everyone is super kind, it's a judgement free environment, and there machines/weights are fairly new! However, I find that there is one major problem; cleaning solution isn't made available to clean the machines/weights once we're done using them. A while back I mentioned it to the employee and she said "use your towel" (She wasn't rude or anything!). But I use my towel to clean my face and now I have contracted pink eye twice since joining this gym when I've never had it in my life. I have seen the employee's cleaning the machines during the day, but I think it would be more sanitary to have us clients give them a wipe down once we are done using them. If this was rectified I would give then gym a 5/5 and if anything changes I will be more than willing to update my review.

Great gym, good location and new equipment. Only downside are their limited hours (closed Sundays and only open at 6:30am a few days a week).

I adore this gym. The price is perfect, and the hours are ok, but it's an all girls gym and it's wonderful. There are many different machines to use and it's nice to go to a place where you're not being stared at. Also, they allow you to work out in just a sports bra which is great as a runner. I'll definitely be renewing my contract here.
