I found this studio last year right after moving to Montreal.  I am coming from a top notch studio in New York where I trained for 2 years and I arrived with very high expectations. I can confirm that PFM is an excellent studio to train and to learn pole fitness. The stuff is friendly, plenty of place, you never have to share a pole and the instructors are great, lots of variety in the classes. The location is great too.

A little over 2 years ago, I was looking for a new activity. I had been used to competing in gymnastics and professional dancing and I was in need of a challenge, something that would keep on building strength but would at the same time allow me to be feminine. Pole Fitness was the right activity for me but especially, Pole Fitness Montreal was the right studio for me to practice this discipline. The staff was welcoming, reassuring and amazing at teaching the technique. I have seen a great evolution since I started. I would recommend this studio over any other at any time. They have become a new family to me!

In 2010, I was looking for a pole fitness place to train, build muscles and try Something new. I found Pole Fitness Montréal online and went for a trial. I was totally satisfied by the owner's experience, tricks, skills and friendly atmosphere. I trained there every week for 2 years and learned a lot. I was able to raise my difficulty level with the teacher's indications. Everytime, I felt more proud of myself and gained self-confidence. I also like the fact that they had other classes combined with the pole (flex, belly dance, boot camp). I stopped because I was very busy with school and work, but I still recommend Pole Fitness Montréal to everyone asking me where they should go to do that amazing discipline.

The teachers are very skilled and incredibly patient and supportive. I had difficulties and still do but once I finally get the move, everyone gets so excited! It's a really nice place to go and feel welcomed. Definitely the best workout places I've ever been to!

LOVE this place :) I have been taking private lessons there for a while now and it's one of the best things that ever happened to me. Very professional and punctual instructor. Nothing to complain about, love you guys
