Some staff are aloof and cold, while others were patient and helpful. It took a couple of times receiving their service before I found the good ones.nnMy first few experiences were difficult, frustrating and painful.nI needed a blood test in order to receive medication urgently. Not only did they mix up my blood test results with someone else's, they did not even realize.nSome one from the blood processing center called to verify information, and after some trouble-shooting we came to the realization that the sample they had under my name belonged to someone else.nI had to then call the CLSC and explain their error to them.n** they have some work to do on their efficiency and service
Anglophone reviewer here.nnGoing to CLSC de Rosemont for a screening was a great experience.nAll the staff was so friendly and helpful. From the welcome desk, to the nurse, and even a lady in the halls who helped me get back to the lobby when I got lost lol.nn- Wait time: very short I had an appointment. Was not crowded 10:00 on a Thursdaynn- Parking: I parked at Canadian Tire across the street.
Ok. you must arrive earlier to have good position in the line. Tuesday is good. I mean there is less people waiting. Doctors are kindness and service is excellent. Possibility to have an appointment in the week in am or pm with others doctor if is urgent. Nurses are kindness too.
My daughter had her vaccinations here. Nurses were nice and accommodating. Intake staff are friendly. If you're going to get blood taken, go really early. There are nursing homes all over that neughbourhood and so it gets packed fast.
I had called in the morning to cancel an vaccination appt for my 18 month old. The receptionist ask my info and so on as if she was cancelling the appt. she then puts me on hold and transfer me to another line. I then got the voicemail stating I could not leave a voicemail. I had to call back to make sure that it was cancelled which it wasn’t. Receptionist was NO HELP!
