We often hear of negative ... but so rarely praise the good. I'd like to take.a moment to reflect back ....nnLast Sunday afternoon we were in that area and needed medical assistance for my friend.nnFrom the reception to the triage nurse and Dr Dufresne .... we were so grateful.nProfessional and caring staff.nWe were in and out within less than an hour ...nnWe so much appreciated itnThank you for your help.

I took an appointment through Bonjour Santé. The emergency doctor on Doctor on October 5th refused to give me a blood test. She said that I should go see my family doctor, although I explained to her that I’ve been trying to get a reach of him for over a year without success. This is unacceptable. What a waste of time

Why are there so many bad reviews? Makes 0 sence. I brought my son for an appointment on a Sunday, the secretary was very nice. The triage nurse was nice and the dr was super nice, and understanding about my concerns . Was sweet with my son, checked him out and we were on the way. App was 1240 we got seen at 1250 by the nurse and 1255 the dr. People just love to complain

I called to reschedule. The receptionist who picked up the call was very rude for the whole conversation. If she is not happy with her job. Why don't work on someone else? Seriously.

Worse clinic in Montreal! Should be closed and staff fired. But because we are desperate for medical services, they can act like they don’t give a damn and don’t have to worry about consequences. This is the system we have and if you don’t t like it, you don’t have any other options unless you pay out of pocket. Welcome to Quebec!
