Paramedics deserve recognition for their hard work. They are pleasant, friendly, and ensure you get from point A to Z safely. The government should prioritize improving the healthcare system by adequately supporting healthcare workers who give their all, rather than focusing on less important issues.

After telling the parametic that my dad's hearing aid was dysfunctional, the parametic took the liberty to ask my dad to repeat a sentence, I'm not impressed

My family has had to use 911 and Urgences Sante 3 times in the last 4 months. Each time, from the 911 dispatcher, to the first responders to the ambulance teams, the service was excellent-rapid, professional and, for one of the calls, life-saving. For one of the calls, less urgent, the wait for the ambulance would be long so the dispatcher helped us to find a more rapid way to get to the hospital. Thank you! I am very pleased with the service provided. We had to wait less than one hour for the ambulance to arrive.nThe care we received from Parmedics 6512 and 6566 was exceptional. They went above and beyond with the care for my wife. The were very professional, caring, knowledgeable and informative

The number 0241 team, answered call #287 , Dec , 3rd, 2022....they were very professional, very caring, and treated the patient and family with courtesy & respect.....all while attending to the complex nature of their work !!!!!nIf I go down, I would want them to pick me up !!!!nnThey are overworked and underpaid...in my opinion.....and deserve better !nnMany Thanks , to the male & female team riding the 0241 yellow life saver !nBest of the Season to you both .........!!!!!
