Angus Medical Clinic

My family and I have been going to this clinic since it was newly opened, I was so happy to have had found this clinic because the system to take an appointment was fast and easy, the doctors and staff were kind and competent. But since the past couple of years, it's a real challenge and nightmare to take an appointment! Trying to get a hold of someone at the reception is another challenge of its own! This Zoé virtual assistant is just beyond incompetent and useless system to implement and a total wastage of money! It is so frustrating and discouraging to go through their system that crashes each time you try to select a time just so you can see a doctor! This is truly one of worse experiences and yet they do nothing to fix it! The worst system and team to handle appointments! Basically don’t get sick because good luck getting an appointment! And if I could give negative stars, I would!

pretty difficult getting someone on the phone since the online service is terrible. However, I do have the best family dr! She is AMAZING!

I'm grateful to have a family doctor, but the wait time is beyond ridiculous. I appreciate that the doctor doesn't rush patients like typical ones do, but the delays do add up. Whenever I've had an appointment with my doctor, it was always 2 hours+ after the scheduled time.nnIn addition, the clinic doesn't have a receptionist, only a robot line that takes or cancels appointments. I needed a requisition from my doctor that was already discussed with him, but I am unable to contact a human being to send me the form because there is no direct phone line or email. So I've had to go to an open clinic just to get another referral!

Went to get surgery on the 4th floor, the nurses were nice but the surgery team was extremely unprofessional.. the anesthesist a woman kept lifting my robe and exposing me to the staff.. she was pretending not to able to put the adhesives...they kept talking loudly and pretended not to care about me. I will not return in the french hospital system because they have clear biases and prejudices against people that don't look like them. Why would they treat me in such a way. With such disregard... I could make a complaint but I know won't make a difference.
