First time visiting this clinic, we had an appointment for our daughter. Overall, I would say it was pretty smooth , although when we arrived no one was at the desk, we had to wait a few minutes . They have indoor parking and it's not free, for around 60-70 mins we had to pay like 10$. I would say it's convenient in the winter while it's cold.

The receptionist are very unprofessional.nI had an appointment with my doctor and they call me 20min before my appointment saying they booked me with the wrong doctor. I had to reschedule for a month later.nWhy call the patient 20min before the appointment I already took a day off.nWould give less than 0 stars if I could.

Horrible waiting experience. Booked a specific time, waited 1 hour past the scheduled appointment, in a waiting room with no cellphone reception.nAfter an hour I asked the receptionist what's up and she said they forgot/skipped me... Don't waste your time, pay 150$ and go to a private clinic where they actually value your time and you as a person.

My family and I have been going to this clinic since it was newly opened, I was so happy to have had found this clinic because the system to take an appointment was fast and easy, the doctors and staff were kind and competent. But since the past couple of years, it's a real challenge and nightmare to take an appointment! Trying to get a hold of someone at the reception is another challenge of its own! This Zoé virtual assistant is just beyond incompetent and useless system to implement and a total wastage of money! It is so frustrating and discouraging to go through their system that crashes each time you try to select a time just so you can see a doctor! This is truly one of worse experiences and yet they do nothing to fix it! The worst system and team to handle appointments! Basically don’t get sick because good luck getting an appointment! And if I could give negative stars, I would!

I'm grateful to have a family doctor, but the wait time is beyond ridiculous. I appreciate that the doctor doesn't rush patients like typical ones do, but the delays do add up. Whenever I've had an appointment with my doctor, it was always 2 hours+ after the scheduled time.nnIn addition, the clinic doesn't have a receptionist, only a robot line that takes or cancels appointments. I needed a requisition from my doctor that was already discussed with him, but I am unable to contact a human being to send me the form because there is no direct phone line or email. So I've had to go to an open clinic just to get another referral!
