This am I entered the store and was looking at some above the ankle pants on a display. A sales clerk came over and said these are petite the regulars are over there. I said I need the petite as I am 5ft 1.5 but in a larger size. She retorted and I am 6ft 3. I was so stunned at the rudeness that I just walked out of the store.
