The girls who work here are great and are so welcoming in helping you pick out the perfect piece of clothing, the only thing i find with this location is that they lack a lot of sizes, they never have enough inventory when they go on sale and often have to call Market Mall.

Very friendly staff- not too pushy! clean change rooms, good quality clothes. Nice atmosphere.

The worst service I have had in a store to date at the chinook location. I intended to buy 2 clothing items around $120 purchase but left instead because none of the staff could be bothered. I was not helped whatsoever or even greeted despite the excess of staff working. Nice clothing, poor service.
