I have been a customer at the Chinook Harry Rosen for several years now, very fortunate to have been greeted by Kyle V when shopping around for a new suit. Since my first purchase, Kyle has helped me with many items, always going above and beyond to ensure I am well looked after. I can confirm that the service does not stop at the purchase like many other retailers. Having trimmed a few pounds since my earliest purchases I brought in my Suits and dress pants to be taken in, this was done as a complimentary service no strings attached. I highly recommend this Harry Rosen location and will continue to shop here for years to come. Thanks for making me look good Kyle!

What’s with the sales people not even saying hello? Every time I come into this location I’m disappointed - regardless of if I’m wearing a Brioni blazer or not.

Stopped by today for a outfit for a wedding, I'm not a person that buys higher end clothing but I have to say my experience with Can was top notch. Had no idea what I was looking for and he made it a very enjoyable experience. Thanks again and you sir will be my go to from now on.

Wanted to get a custom suit made and was told that I would get a follow up call in a day or two. Nobody called and when I called they told me it could not be done. Worst retail experience I've had to date.
