Sometimes I even love this store more than the original Aritzias. The associates are very nice and welcoming, plus the store always looks so spectacular.

Walked in and was not greeted or told about promotions , left wondering the store for the “so called Black Friday deals” lady assumed I couldn’t afford the clothing I guess which is sad cause I was willing to buy a lot .

Amazed! I bought a dress here and was a bit on the fence about it. Ended up deciding to return it a couple days later but was panicked as I could not find the receipt. I went back in expecting the worst, however as I had given them my phone number upon purchasing, they had recorded the sale onto my account (which I can only guess is connected with Aritzia as I had not shopped at Wilfred before). Not only was I refunded my full purchase amount, but the sales girl who had helped me out two days previously instantly recognised me and explained the whole story to the manager who quickly resolved the problem and all of my anxiety. Thank you so much and I hope you read this review and know how much this really meant to me.

I always have a great experience in this store. The store manager is lovely and genuine, and the service is consistently solid. I prefer shopping here to Aritzia; it's calmer, and more relaxing.
