Aritzia

Super frustrating service. They pushed me to order something from another Aritzia store promising it would arrive in a couple days and that they would call me the next day to confirm everything. They never called. Its been a month. When I went in to ask about it they just told me it still wasn't there and to keep waiting. Nice. Whenever I call to check on the status of the shipment the phone just rings and rings. Still waiting.

Worst experience I have ever had at an aritzia location. I felt like I was being judged by everyone who worked there, and not only that but one of the employees who worked there literally ran into me and just snuffed it off like she did nothing, then walked away. Never going to shop there again, which is a sin because I love love the clothes.:( Giving a one because i can't give a 0.

Was shopping here with my girlfriend. Sat down while she tried clothes on and was asked to leave for no reason by a staff member. Bad service, rude and now we dont bother going there anymore, better shopping experience elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience in this store on December 10th/15. The clerk that helped me was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist me while shopping. There was a long sleeved shirt that I had tried in both a Small and a Large, but I knew a medium would work better. The clerk ended up finding the top in another store located in the mall; she went all the way to the other store, grabbed the item and brought it back for me to try. She knew I might not end up buying it; and still went through the trouble of helping me find the top to try. It was a great experience, I wish I could share her name but I can't recall. It was refreshing from the usual pushy and/or cold staff in your stores.
