Laura has beautiful dresses. It is the sales lady i have a complaint about. She was very pushy. I was trying to decide between 2 dresses and she kept saying buy 2 dresses. I told her no. I then put both dresses on hold when i came back to buy the 1 dress she stopped me and said buy 2 dresses i said no so she scowled at me and walked away. I realize they are probably on commission, but i will definitely refuse her help next time i am in the store. That is not how you get repeat customers.

I agree with, Cheryl D. I decided to try this store while I was at the mall. When I walked in, the sales clerks were so pushy. They questioned me like it was an interrogation. When I said "I'm just having a look" the lady replied "Well there's a reason you're in the store, it can't just be browsing". I then tried on a few tops, and it obviously too tight, you could see it pulling at the seams, but the clerk kept telling me to get them since they're on sale. Not impressed, just gave the tops back and left.

Fanciest most elegant place to shop in chinook mall, if you want a graduation dress this is the go to place. The change room is magnificent.
