I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cineplex Queensway VIP for the first time, and it was undeniably a unique cinematic experience. Having recently experienced another cinema with full reclined seats, it's now a challenge to revert to anything less. The VIP seats were good, but once you've tasted the luxury of full recliners, it's hard to settle for anything less.nnThe VIP treatment extended to the cinematic offerings. The screen quality and sound system were top-notch, providing a truly immersive experience. However, for those who have savored the luxury of full reclined seats elsewhere, returning to anything less becomes a bit of a cinematic challenge. Despite this, my overall experience was positive, and I would recommend Cineplex Queensway VIP to anyone looking to infuse a bit of luxury into their movie night.

I have been here many times in my young adult years and teen years and I must say they have upgraded much and I like how they have changed all seating to select seating and to let all pick up after themselves.nFood is fresh but more expensive then before that's for sure.nParking is still the same as usual and a lot of it, they still have there arcade area and some extra on side walls, I always liked coming to this location and I must say I still do, good job on the upgrades and keep it up, and also the staff seem nice and helpful.

Went to see the latest installment of Mission Impossible, the dead reckoning part 1. The theaters are clean and quiet. Nice sound system and wide screens. They used the screen x technology which casts the movie all around the walls which makes you feel as if you're inside the action, similar to the imax experience. Nice location, and easy to get in and out.

Queensway one of my favorite cinemas I go to I've been going Tuesday afternoons lately as it is little cheaper but the theatre attendant is absolutely horrendous have no manners the last 2 visits. He is disabled man in a wheel chair and never says hi and grabs your ticket and does not say which theatre is the movie playing at.nThis individual should be taught better customer service or be discipline. Makes no difference if he is impediment.nPlease ask the manager at the Queensway location to educate his etiquette.nThanks.

Not an experience that will go down as superb, definitely not VIP for sure and not worth the additional cost I think. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get the drink I ordered to the point where I had to leave the movie and head to the bar to ask what happened to my order. I hope this is not a common occurrence and maybe a one off in my case. Unfortunately, I won't know for sure since I don't think I will return.
