Scotiabank Theatre Toronto

I drove all the way from Mississauga to see Predator Badlands at IMAX in 3D, paying $20 for parking where it’s free almost everywhere else. Let me just say, it was absolutely worth driving over an hour in traffic and dealing with overpriced Toronto parking. The movie was mind-blowing, with incredible sound effects, stunning 3D, and a massive screen. Worth every single penny. IMAX is truly the ultimate movie experience—nothing, and I mean nothing, comes close. It was just so good.

Nice sound. Great layout and very accessible. Self Serve machines work well. Friendly staff. Clean facility and washrooms. Comfortable seating. Prices are decent. Comfortable temperature. Concession lines can be long. Also too expensive in general.

Scotiabank Theatre is undeniably one of the better movie venues in Toronto — spacious, comfortable seating, and solid projection and sound make it a reliable spot for catching a film any other time of year. The layout handles big crowds well, and the location is convenient.nnThat said, during TIFF it loses some of its charm. The atmosphere feels more functional than festive, and compared to other festival venues, it lacks the unique character or energy that makes a screening feel special.

WIFI. Watched thunderbolts here and it was great. Bought the tickets on mobile and my friend bought tickets in person. Popcorn was good but they didn’t have a special souvenir cups at the concession stands. Place were clean. Washrooms were clean. Would come here again

Literally the biggest and coolest theatre I’ve ever been too. It was really clean and not busy at all.
