"While Chef Gourlie was speaking on panels to civilian employers about reintegrating active duty service members back into the civilian workforce, we realized the significant need for employment opportunities where Veterans and their family members had a place where they felt understood and would allow them to ease their way back into community outside of the military. It was for this reason that The Vet Chef was created. We offer employment, mentorship opportunities and business guidance for Veterans and their family members looking to get into the food truck community. It is our goal to partner with Veteran owned, operated and managed organizations to continue to bring a spotlight to the challenges our Veteran community face."

A great food truck that goes around the Seattle area. I caught it in Bothell and was well worth the wait! The philly and cubano burrito had great so cal flair and were delicious. Operated by vets as well! Remember to thank them for their service and awesome burritos
I was hesitant to try this menu since it’s a little obscure, but it turned out delicious!! Big flavorful burritos.
Seriously the best burritos in Western Washington. They got something for every taste with their unique variety of southern cali fusion. My favorite is the burger burrito and my wife loves the classic cali. Great food made by great people! Its also great to support fellow Veterans! Keep it up...it hit the spot today!
The Vet Chef LLC truck stops near my friend's work and she raves about it, finally took me to the Vet Chef truck today. It was everything she hyped it up to be. Cubano burrito was the best burrito I've had in awhile, and the $11 price was in line with other food trucks that stop nearby. The guys working there were super nice, fast service. The Vet Chef LLC was not drippy or greasy and easy to eat at one's desk for quick lunch.
Your truck comes by Boeing and it makes my day everytime I see that orange truck out on the apron. The food is delicious, exquisite even. The sauces you provide, and I believe make in house, are to die for. I have to keep myself from snagging extra sauce to take home everytime. The Cali Burrito is just what I need when the grind of work is getting to me. Thank you for all you guys do I couldn't be a happier customer.
Awesomely consistent burritos with some flair and super great service! My family loves coming here when they are in our area and supporting a military vet. I love the cheese burger burito but my kids swear on the philly. Can't go wrong!
The Cali Burrito is my favorite and go-to every time with the habanero carrot hot sauce, oooo lawd. Not to mention it’s the size of a small baby. My gf always gets the Carne Asada fries which are also spectacular. I’ve been following this truck around Seattle for years and nothing beats the service, quality, and taste. Also, it supports Vets!! A win-win!!!
Ran into them in Bothell, hadn’t heard of the truck but after reading multiple reviews and seeing the mission statement I decided to check them out. Great food truck, enjoyed the Carne Asada Nacho fries. Solid quick meal, if I see them out I’ll definitely stop again.
Vet chef come to my work on Wednesday and I’m happy they come.. good is so good. Portions will fill up anyone. They also have one of best hot sauce I’ve ever had. If like Mexico food try them out.
Great service very friendly, fantastic burrito.
