Chili Garden

Terrible food. My husband and I ordered ginger beef, sweet and sour pork, and vegetable chow mein from them. It was all terrible. The noodles were uncooked and pieces of the beef and pork were inedible. Do not go here or order from here.

Got grilled dumplings misspelled on the menu as "Orilled Pork Dumplinga" which were the only thing barely passable as food, but still had to throw them out because they had no flavour. The wonton soup had zero flavour and was room temperature at best, so it also got chucked out. And finally, the so-called "Tormonese Chow Mein" had gelatinous globs of 'meat" of inconsistent temperatures and thicknesses,.and the baby corn was grey/black and had hard bits at the stems. I tried to eat around the 'meat' to enjoy the noodles, but they were flavorless so I chucked it too. I basically spent $52 for inedible trash and will be going to bed hungry. I hope I survive the night. On a positive note, they spelled my name right on the packaging.

I ordered pick up, got the #55 Thai Sweet and Spicy Chicken. What I got picture below was so different than what was on the website that I initially thought they given me the wrong order! It was a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT how drastically the website picture was from what I got. The picture on their website had bits of chicken with sesame seeds while I got none the pictures had no veggies while I got a lot of jt. The amount of chicken given was super small. It was half of what I got from #51 Chili garden cashew nuts. That dish was OK and enjoyable. Very disappointed in this resturant.

The food we ordered was delicious! It wasn't cheap, but very much worth it. The Ginger Beef was outstanding and the dumplings actually had a decent amount of meat in them. Pad Thai and the Wonton Soup were all outstanding! We will definitely go back.

So I’ve ordered from this place for the last 3 years, price was never great but last night when I arrived I was shocked by the 50$ price for two items & fried rice…. Won’t be ordering from them anymore as the price is outrageous … their prices have gone up by 4$ on every item & their meals have gone up 7/8$ …. Food is mediocre not worth 50$.

I don’t usually give such a low rating so I’ll try to explain myself. I ordered food here in 2017 it was a terrible sloppy mess that took me three years to forgive. I decided in 2020 to try again, it didn’t go any better. The restaurant itself is clean and well presented with lots of parking available, but we came here for food. It was not good.

Love their beef and mushrooms and the hot and sour soup. Pity there is no dine in anymore. I like that the food is ready in 15-20 minutes after order and you can go to pick it up.

Food is decent.. though they have messed up my order more than once. but I don't exactly appreciate having to wait an additional 30 minutes for food when you call ahead of time because it's never ready when you come pick it up.. If it happened once, understandable twice, maybe... but every single time they basically just start making your food when you come to pick it up. Not respectful.. unlikely to order again when they treat their customers this way

2021 Ginger beef was terrible. Coating came off, over cooked. Sweet and sour pork was ho hum at best. Chicken balls were a huge disappointment, coating was still doughy. Only bright spot was the pad Thai was delightful. Service at counter was literally non existent. Waited 10 minutes at the front, then called, asked why there was no one, they then asked if I wanted to cancel my order. No sorry no anything. If you get the chance don’t make my mistake, cancel it!

I thought I would try our neighbourhood Chinese food. I also order enough to for a couple of days left overs. My wife and I tossed 90% of it. The salt and pepper seafood was bland and dry. We got the wrong rice, the noodles were discussing and the ginger chicken was tasteless. Guess I am going drive and extra 5 minutes and get the good Chinese food.
