Hong Kong Garden Restaurant

Surprisingly really good. I don’t eat in the south very often so this was strictly a place we googled and went here based off of reviews. The male server was very friendly. We asked him his recommendations and just ordered everything he suggested. The ginger chicken and beef sizzling plate were my top picks for sure. Would come back to try other items for sure.

Wow. This place is so good. It is always packed and you can hear the compliments each visitor gives the staff. The food is great, the service is impeccable, the portions are massive. We had a great evening. Don't forget to ask for the chilli oil.

They seemed really nice so I wish I didn’t have the experience I did of the food. Am I mistaken for thinking mushroom chop suey means vegetarian? There was a random piece of chicken/pork which ruined the whole dish for me and ended up thrown out. The fried rice was almost inedible - tasting old, soggy, and bland. Also thrown out after a few bites. I will say the portions were generous but the quality of the food needs serious improvement. Try either Calgary Court or Great Taste in Chinatown and you will taste the difference in quality if you would seriously rate this food good like the misleading reviews for this restaurant.

Didn’t feel like cooking so we ordered in the beef & broccoli, lemon chicken, chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein. Chow mein was a little saucier than I’m used to but overall everything tasted great! Will definitely order again.

Food service is really great in here the food are well recommended too. Came to this restaurant twice and i never got bad experience from here. I can definately say that im a happy customer and be surely be eating more in here.Food: 5/5

For those down south usually looking for good Chinese takeout/delivery...It did not disappoint. I have not been a big fan of thick noodles because from other takeout experiences, they usually come off bland but the one from here had so much flavour. All items ordered had lots of beef not the usual with more veggies and you can count the beef. The salt and pepper squid was delicious and not too doughy. The only let down would be the special fried rice. It had good quantity of all the protein but tasted like white rice not the rich flavor you get from a well seasoned special fried rice that you can have without the sauce and will still taste good. Ordered one serving of the thick noodle, one serving of rice and two sauces which was able to feed 3 adults for two days with some left over for 1 more person for the 4th day. All in majority of the items were tasty and really food portions with fair pricing. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Got the $13 lunch special for takeout and was surprised with the portion! It was delicious and well worth it

omg..the dry ribs tooo salty to much!! I put on strainer to take out all salt but still salty..so I washed it, the chicken fried as well so wet not properly cooked! we paid more than $60ish! Pleased cooked and make sure taste better not to rush if you guys busy or lots lots orders!

Ginger beef and Curry chicken is always great form here! We have tried 4 other restaurants in the SE and have found these two dishes the best from here. Great family owned business, and the sons are always nice to talk to. Thank you!
