Caribou Coffee

We stopped here because we love Caribou's other locations and thought this one would be up to par. We were also very excited to see they had a limited selection of Einstein bagels and ordered an everything bagel to go. First, they didn't even ask if we wanted the bagel cut or toasted. Which is how we recieved it, uncut and toasted WITHOUT cream cheese on it. Completely opposite of how we wanted it, even if it was asked. Maybe ask your patrons how they want their bagel??

I was having a rough morning and I came in to get me a pick me up coffee and the attendants made my day 100% better. Their cheery attitude kind words and humor restarted my day. The coffee they made me, aka berry white mocha was by far the best I've had made at any location in awhile. Thank you!

Moved close to this store about 6 months ago. I stop by several times a week and I have always gotten a correct and accurate order and excellent and speedy service. Have yet to ever be disappointed, especially with the ladies that work in the morning during the week! Nothing but good things to say and it’s worth it to skip the other stores with a drive thru anywhere around to get the amazing service here!

Delicious coffee, as always. I’m not going to praise the friendly service though... it was C- at best. A smile goes a long way in the food service industry.

Was there at 7:10 this morning only to be faced with a line of about 5 people and absolutely no one at the register taking any orders. You would think as their mornings are busy they would be prepared, it's especially ridiculous considering that they don't even have a drive through to worry about.
