Caribou Coffee

A lot of recent negative reviews of this Caribou Coffee. I have been coming here infrequently for about two years now and have never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and it seems like they work their butts off. The store is always very clean. It is a little cold here in the winter though. Today my drink was made before I was even done paying for the transaction. I think the employees here do a fantastic job. Please keep up the good work.

Better service than the one on Main Street in Anoka BY FAR. Way cleaner as well. The employees are really nice and they make sure they have your order right the first time rather than 3 times later! Thank you guys for genuinely caring and not screwing up my order three times in a row, like the Anoka one did. This location is bigger and also has a lot of seating availability.

A while back I ordered a drink light ice and they gave my extra ice instead. Last time I went there I ordered ice on a separate cup. The guy making the drink then adds ice to the cup and the drink. I told him I wanted it on the side and he very rudely told the cashier there's a button for that. Also, I sat at the bar area and the machines were very dirty!

Although the drive thru is difficult to maneuver, I've always had top notch service at this Caribou! The staff is friendly, the never forget to ask for my Perks, and my drink is always correct. Thanks for always smiling!

Ill be going to starbucks for now on! Had a very rude cashier today at 8:15am!! I told her twice i didn't want my bagel toasted and when i got my bagel it was toasted! When i told her again i asked for it not to be toasted she ripped the bag out of my hand in the drive thru and gave me a stale nasty bagel! If i ever acted Like this once at either job i have id be fired on the spot!! You just lost a long time perks member!
