Starbucks

I haven’t come to this location in quite a while. Today was my first time here and probably over a year and my experience was great as it always had been in the past. The staff is very friendly and kind. My drink has always been made really well. They also are very fast and efficient with getting your drinks out. The store is extremely clean and neat. They have comfortable seating areas which I love. The bathrooms are also very clean.

nI want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at Starbucks , Gina, Ale, Trisha, Zoey, Ayah and Mary! Every time I visit, they’re always friendly, welcoming, and fast with my order. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The drinks are always made perfectly, and the positive energy they bring makes my day every time I stop by. Great teamwork and awesome customer service — they definitely deserve recognition for their hard work!

I just moved to Anoka and the Starbucks is three minutes away from my new apartment. One of the biggest things that I have to say they do different than any other Starbucks location I’ve been to is they take the time to write cute messages on your coffee! I know that seems like such a small and stupid thing but when you’re a nurse and you’re coming off of a 10 or 12 hour shift or just about to start one having a ‘somebody loves you’ or ‘you’ve got this today!’ written on your cup is everything. The staff is always super friendly on the few occasions that I go in. It’s always super clean. It is a smaller internal layout, but it is still really cute and always super clean. If you’re waiting for an online order, they notice you right away and ask the name on it. Just super attentive!nYou’ll have to excuse my photo normally they write it in sharpie on the cup and it’s much cuter

I went to grab a coffee and there’s like 8 behind me. I placed my order and waited but water all 8 got there coffee left so I asked if they missed my order it’s been 10 minutes. This red head with an accent said you will get it when you get it. I asked for my money back and she was super rude and then I asked who the manager is and she said me. I called the real manager. Super nice . Hopefully handling the situation.

I've come to this location a lot over the years and always had a good experience, so I thought I'd put in a good review. Whether I'm going to study with a friend or just need a pick me up, my drinks and food are always great. Every barista there is so nice and I hope yall are doing okay during all the big holiday rushes right now. Thank you for everything you do!
