Ordered a meal for delivery, the delivery guy went to the wrong address (I looked and my address was put in correctly) he called me and I had to go almost a block down my street and find him for my food because he couldn't be bothered to find where I was even when I said I'd wait outside for him. The food was good, but delivery service is bad. If I hadn't put a tip in online, I wouldn't have tipped the guy. Being a lazy POS doesn't get you a tip.

Yummy food. Service can be a little slow sometimes. Always willing to make thing right if something comes out wrong though!

A nice, clean Panera restaurant with dine-in, carry out, drive thru, and delivery. I did a carryout order and it went wonderfully. The customer service I received was warm, friendly, and the employees smiled. My order was perfect, exact, and satisfying. It was prepared and ready right on time. Being inside the place to pick up my order, I surmised I would certainly try eating in there as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I'm confused as to why this is a popular place to eat and or drink... although the people that work here are fairly friendly, the service is horrible. Our family's order was made wrong two different times during our visit because the employee had no idea what was happening, and the pastry we ordered was not even warmed up (although luckily they have a gas station microwave available for self service....???!!) and was possibly from last week and or also from the gas station. This place could easily function without employees because you essentially get everything yourself. Definitely not sure what the hype is about Panera because it's clearly fast food, just trying not to be. No thank you.

Very busy for breakfast. Great food choices and incredible smells. Nice choice of beverages, both hot and cold drinks.
