I ordered the Black & Blue Salad, and the Bar Tender politely said to me, we are out of blue cheese, but we are going to run to the store to get the blue cheese (I have never had anyone run to the store for me), they just say, "were all out, do ya want something else?" They made me a plate of fries while I waited. The fries were Great, and the salad was Great, but the people that work there are AWESOME!!! I wish I could give 100 stars, because they deserve it. QBites is a Fabulous place to go....go there Now! : ) Thank you so much, for all your hard work! Jackie

Went there for a quick date night with the hubs. The food was decent but the service was TERRIBLE. The gal we had for a server took our order but forgot to bring us our drinks. It was just two fountain sodas, but she took almost 10 minutes and multiple attempts to flag her down before finally getting our drinks. We gave up on trying to get refills because she was that terrible.

We came in here (first time here) on a Saturday afternoon (there were 4 other customers in there at the time, two at a booth and two at the bar.) There was an overpowering smell of what I believe was nail polish remover wafting throughout the entire place (it's not very big.) I am guessing it is because there is a salon right next door and there is a shared door to get to it. That should have been my first clue to turn around and leave but we had been wanting to try it for a while and we were already here. The food was okay, we ordered the appetizer platter and some chicken fried rice. The platter came with an array of nice dipping sauces but I feel the spring rolls had no flavor whatsoever. The fried rice didn't taste fried and it also had no flavor (usually fried rice has onions in it, this had none and very little chicken.) Our server (I think he was a server) seemed friendly but we had to ask for things like napkins, silverware, app plates, ect.. Another thing I noticed when we walked in were the number of dirty tables (I thought it was odd because it was pretty dead.) We wanted to sit at a booth but one was taken by the only other couple in there and the other two were dirty. None of the tables were in sync. Some had soy sauce. Some had hot sauce. Some had salt and pepper, some none nothing. It seemed very "unkempt." That's the only word I can think of to describe it. At one point as we were eating, the man of the couple at the booth was yelling out to get the attention of the bartender (who I believe was probably his server.) He even went as far to wave his napkin in the air like a mayday signal... but she was busy with the TWO people at the bar I guess. When we were close to done eating, our server walked over to us and asked if we needed anything else and I said" just the check and a to-go box". About a minute after he walked away, here comes the bartender to ask us the very same question to which I told her we already asked for the check from our waiter.. She then asked if we would like to do some kinda of quick checkout so I said okay (not really knowing what she meant.) I tried to dig around in my purse for my cash card and handed it to her, she ran my card and then held out the electronic device for me to sign. It gave me the option to leave a specific tip percentage but not a specific amount (or you could click on "no tip.") Long story short, it was really quite awkward. I could see if it was really busy or we needed to pay and leave ASAP... but we were not in a hurry, I would have preferred that our actual server would have dropped the bill off and let me sit and decide what kind of tip to leave instead of someone else standing there waiting for me to sign a device they are holding while I am still trying to finish my meal. I then wondered after we left if the guy who took our order was even a server (he had no uniform on and did not carry a pen or really anything that regular servers have on them.) Did he work in the kitchen and come out to help? Was he the manager? Did the bartender get to keep the tip I left even though she never actually waited on us?

We walked in and the sign said "Please Seat Yourself", so we chose a table. We sat there for 10 mins while there were 5 people at the bar and a 2 top table with no service. The two bar tenders made eye contact multiple times but they refused to acknowledge us, I will not go back! I hope the owners of this restaurant know what their staff are doing.

I think Q Bites is such a great place!!! What a GREAT idea to be connected to a salon!! The staff and food is amazing. Friendly and attentive. I can't find food like I get here anywhere else. Definitely a place to keep coming back to! I'm so glad I found this place. GREAT FOOD, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GREAT PEOPLE! !!! HIGHLY recommend this place!!! Even if just to get away and relax.
