Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Went with a group of 18 people. They staff was ready for the challenge! The waitress was incredible! ( I wish I could remember her name!) NO issues with the order! Except we did end up with an extra appetizer, that was free. The seating worked perfect! We had multiple tabs with no issues! We had a great time!

The service here is great! the food however not so much. Met a friend for dinner and we ordered the Dollarita. TheServer told us the perfect margaritas are better, when I said I still wanted the dollarita he made a face at me like he lost a bet or something. I ordered the Sirloin Stir Fry which was good until I found a hair in my food. I brought it to the attention of our server who apologized. Offered to make me something else which I wasn’t too thrilled to do as I kind of lost my appetite. However he did take it off our tab and offered a free desert. We opted for the Blue Ribbon Brownie, which on the menu says a warm brownie with ice cream drizzled in hot fudge. Brownie was not warm at all, and the fudge was just chocolate syrup. I didn’t complain about it since it was already free but just made it more disappointing. Willing to give them another shot but will be more attentive to food before ordering

I ordered wine to go with my steak but I got my drink after I finished my steak. Very slow service. It was not even busy. At least my wine treated me better than the server.

Haven't been to Applebee's in a while. My wife and I both agreed their menu has gotten way better. I had the Brisket Tacos and they were amazing! Will probably visit more regularly for sure.

Everything that I expect. Good food, good service. Don't like the computer thingy to order and pay on on the table.
