Bruegger's Bagels

My cream cheese was plain but obvious someone used a garlic spread at some point to contaminate the cheese spread. Love garlic but not on my cinnamon raisin bagel. I haven't been back.

Been to this location many times. I keep getting disappointed I watched the manager take the freshly made bagels and put them in the basket with no gloves on. The I witnessed a customer get snapped at for wanting a refil on his coffee.. This is not the first time I have seen rude employees at this location. This location is slow even when there is barley anybody in the store.

The drive-thru supposed to be fast that's the whole reason of it and it took us close to 25 minutes to be able to get out of there

Worst experience ever! Stood at the counter for 10 min with 5 workers and no one acknowledged I existed.. the woman who made my sandwich was so rude! Brueggers has definitely gone way down hill they have lost my family and I as loyal customers.

After asking for my sandwiches on honey grain, and double checking with them before driving away that it was in fact on honey grain, I came home to my sandwiches on a different kind of bagel that was not honey grain. This happens all of the time which is why I double check now.. apparently that doesn't work either.
