This is a great little location for Panera. It's right off of Coon Rapids BLVD, easy access. This location kind of has cramped parking as it shares with Caribou and the other book store but it's not too shabby. Inside, it's very clean and lots of room. It's very spacious. I came on a Thursday morning when a lot of more elderly folk were hanging out and yet there was still plenty of spots for business people to work and guys like me to slide in the corner seat and work away. Food is great, coffee excellent and awesome staff. This is a great place to swing on by!

It's pretty good except I don't come that often and when I do after awhile, something has changed. Today I had the Turkey Bravo half sandwich and chicken wild rice soup. The soup tasted good, although it was a bit thick, like it was in the warmer too long. The server did not do her due dilligence by asking me what type side did I want with my duo meal. And she did not give me my cup/glass for my drink, which I had to go back for. Then they give me french bread (with a sandwich) which I was able to swap out for chips. Upon looking at the sandwich, they only had 1/3 of a slice of cheese, and really more turkey than I needed. So I asked for more cheese which they said was the normal amount, and they would do it this time. The bacon was not very well cooked either, I like mine crunchy. But if they just take 1 slice of the not needed turkey out, and give 2/3 of a slice of cheese so you can taste it, that would be better. Some dishes here are definitely better than others. It would change based on your likes ir dislikes. Prices are about 10-12% too high.

My wife and I probably spend way too much time/money at this place. But the food is good, it's filling and this location is so conveniently located for us. UPDATE: these guys were open regular hours on New Year's (9 pm). I know some might think that the company should let their employees off early for the holiday, but I sure appreciated then bring open for business tonight!

The prices are relatively reasonable and the service was great. They burnt my bagel a little and quickly fixed it by giving me another one which they didn’t have to do necessarily. The food was good for a cheap meal. No complaints.

They have now messed up my online order two times in a row. Very frustrating. This store sends the wrong soup and my salad had no dressing. They don't pay attention to your customizations either. I asked for no tomato and add onion and neither request was met. You order online for convenience and wind up with a lunch you don't want.
