Caribou Coffee

Caribou Coffee is to Minnesota what Walmart is to the US: they're everywhere. I can't say that I am a fan of the coffee but that's not on Caribou. It is my own coffee pallette. However, the bakery items are hard to resist and my granddaughter makes a point of getting in some Nana and Papa time there. The shop is clean, the service is just fine and each time we've been there the workers have been friendly.

Good coffee.... Service is fine. They don't try to get to know you since the new management. They keep it cold.... Coldest coffee shop I have been to.

The coffee is always good at this location however, I haven't had the best experience when it comes to the baristas. Specifically, this morning, the lady was very unfriendly...didn't smile, didn't ask about Perks, was annoyed when I gave my perks number, was angered when I asked to update my order...I wanted to take my revenue elsewhere...I guess I'll continue to go down the street to Coon Rapids because of the high quality of service offered.
