Very delicious. The bagels are always soft and easy to eat, never hard and chewy like bagels can be. The service is always friendly and informative, even when teenagers or new staff members in training are working. The coffee is always good. 
The only down side is that this place is always busy. No matter what time of day, there is always a line. I hope they open another location in the area.

Decent lattes, just a bit too sweet to be my top pick. If you like mochas, the dark chocolate version is pretty strong and covers the sugar.

Went in after 7 PM coffee was great,but were out of the good bagels. Nice stuff. Nice environment.

It's good for coffee drinks.  I like iced tea in the summer and they make theirs from a concentrate and most times it's way too strong.
