Hy-Vee

This is for the cafe only. Was asked to wait 15 minutes for a seat....there were plenty open. Have eaten here and other cafes throughout Rochester in the past 3 years and on this Veterans day...the food was sub par. Burrito didn't have 75% of the ingredients listed. Avoid and go to the variety of other Rochester places offering tastier and more reliable breakfast foods. TWO thumbs down

Hy-Vee ways nails it on cleanliness and friendly staff. In addition they always carry a nice assortment of items including locally produced items, have a fresh meat selection and lots of great deli options. This new store goes above and beyond, a great selection of bulk and specialty items and a great spot to grab a bite to eat, especially if everyone is craving a little something different...salad, Chinese or meat and potatoes.

I have lived in many different places and shopped an undefinable amount of grocery stores, this is by far the best one. The deli is amazing, and is a lunch break destination for the local nine to fivers. The aisles are always clean and organized. Their motto "a smile in every aisle" is true as there are always staff around asking customers if they are finding everything alright and they are above and beyond friendly. Their generic house brand (Hy-Vee or That's Smart) is good quality and I even prefer it for some of the products. The butcher counter is top notch. Join the fuel perks club. It is free and very worth it. I have accumulated over $1.50 off per gallon of gas before. It feels amazing to fill up your gas tank for under $5!

Hy-Vee is awesome. Helpful staff and great selection. I always have a good experience at any of their locations.

Staff are always helpful and courteous. One of their best features is that they don't point you in the right vicinity when you're looking for a product, they take you there. This to me is the best since customer service has become a dying act.
