Caribou Coffee

I would have loved to give this place 5 stars but I can't only because I went with a recommendation of an employee and unfortunately I did not like it. So I asked to change it and the manager acted like it was a problem to change it. Totally unprofessional- smiling at everyone else but almost frowning when it came to me. It was so bad I even said sorry and thank you like 5 times. I will never return to be treated like I ended the world because I did not like my drink- money wasted

Seem to have problems with focused urgency. Workers are sometimes more concerned about many tasks behind bar instead of working to keep people from standing in line. 9-13-17 downgraded today, they need to find someone to make sandwiches, it is very difficult just to come in and get a cup coffee and get out in a reasonable amount of time. And the workers continue to be unconcerned about the line out the door, too busy folding bags for the sandwiches in the oven.

Love Caribou Coffee, the service at this store is sometimes great, sometimes not so much, but it has been good more times than not.

Unbelievably inept staff - I came in to buy two pounds of whole bean coffee. There was signage that occupied the entire right side of the cabinet with the coffee in it which stated "buy one get one half off" on any bag of coffee. When the clerk rang up my two bags, they came in at full price. When I asked about the promotion, she said it was an old one and could no longer never honor it. I then inquired about the other offer that was running lengthwise on the display which read "two bags for $22." To my utter dismay, she said that she could not honor that deal either; this time due to a lack of a "button" on her register for it. To her credit, she had the foresight to call the manager who suggested that she offer me a free hot drink...incredible. Needless to say, I left the two bags under on the counter and walked out. Much easier to just order from a different retailer online. How ok earth can this company hire employees that are so incompetent that they can't even manually key in a ~$20 transaction without adult supervision?

Nice staff. The service can be slow if there are more than a couple of people in line. Mediocre coffee. Clean
