Bakers Square Restaurant & Bakery

My wife called in at 9:30am to reserve a pie on a Wednesday. I went in to pick it up at about 5:30pm. Turns out there is no pie reserved for her after-all. The explanation I got from the 2 people looking into it for me was that the consensus was they had a bunch of them that they normally do not run out of, so they didn't put a name on it.

I had a very nice visit. Friendly staff and good service, the food was good for breakfast and reasonable price wise.

Had the Works burger, bun so hard I couldn't bite into it. They made another which was fine. Coffee wasn't at all hot. They replaced it with a fresh pot. Employees were hard to find, had to go up to counter and finally hollered Hello before server came around the corner.

Decided to go to Bakers Square today for breakfast, and was extremely disappointed in the service, but mainly the food quality. We all had gotten our food, and it was all cold and really wasn't even that good. I ordered breakfast potatoes and they were very burnt and also cold. The only thing really good was the free pie at the end of it all. Would not recommend here, unless you like cold food. Very disappointed in this locations quality and service. Perkins would be a better go to, for actual good food.
