Love the location the service and hours. I love their seating arrangement. Their bathrooms are always nice and clean. The inside temperature is a bit on the cooler side. but I prefer that. Outlets at all sitting locations. Good place to study if you don't mind the cafe environment. 
The only down point is that they don't do pour overs. This means when their brewing dark or medium roast at the time and you want a light roast, they can't pour a cup of light roast for you. Which is only because they don't carry the equipment.
Other than that one point, I love this place. 
Can't rate 4.5 so i rated it 5. Rounding up. ;)
By the way- the new Perennial Light roast, is the way to go. :)

Great coffee, flavored coffee and Chai tea.even has some fruit smoothies for non coffee people.

Cleanest Caribou I've ever been too. You can tell they take pride in it.
