Great selection to choose from! Most of the times service and staff is good too but in my recent visit had different experience! Overall happy with this ice cream place

I have now walked out on 2 separate occasions without any order due to the lack of staffing at this location. This most recent experience was extremely irritating. The ONE employee working did not know how to run a gift card transaction. She proceeded to call what I assume was another coworker/supervisor to walk her through the process. I waited 15 minutes for one customer-the ONLY customer in the store when I came in who was already at the check out- to complete the payment and the process STILL was not completed when I had to leave. I am not impatient, I simply have a set length of time I get for a break from work. So once again, I left with no ice cream, wasted time, and a lost break. I will not be visiting this location again.

Love the ice cream but the service was horrible. One girl was too concerned with trying to get out at 11 o'clock even though it was only 930 when we got here there was about 8 people in line before she finally decided to help her co-worker who was clearly annoyed that she was not helping. Would be a shame if another great business would close due to worthless employees. Thr girl actually working was very helpful and gave great service.

Ice cream is great and so is the staff! The caramel frappucino is delicious!
