Story

At St. James Coffee, we offer all the features you’ve enjoyed at other coffee houses — cozy chairs in front of a fireplace, friendly baristas, Internet Wi-Fi, fresh pastries, smoothies, chai tea, and coffee drinks including mochas, cappuccino, latte and frappes.

But we add some features and events inspired by Catholicism’s rich heritage — portraits and books about Catholic saints; live music on weekends; a Eucharistic prayer chapel that's tucked into the back of the coffee shop; and educational sessions about theology and social topics.

Everyone is welcome. Come as you are. And if you have any questions about Catholicism, our staff and volunteers are ready and willing to discuss them.
