Service is pretty good at this Walmart. I go here often in the early morning to avoid crowds. The shelves are well stocked most of the time. They spray their carts and overall it's clean.
I went to this store at around 9 am on a weekend. Upon walking through the prepared foods section I noticed the holding warmer for the cooked chickens. I asked the staff who were just standing around talking what time the first chickens of the day were ready at and they told me 11 am. So therefore this warmer was not cleaned the night before and sat overnight with chicken jus spillage at room temperature. Not good and it looks like they weren’t going to clean it before putting the days chickens back into stock.. I was so disgusted that I had a manager on duty paged, I discovery and he was going to go and have the staff clean it. I will never buy any prepared food there again!
Few days ago we ordered cheese double cheddar through UBER EATS, and it had mold. I added the picture. The expiration date is in 3 months from now. We naively trusted employees and managers who are taking care of products ordered online but I now noticed that they always choose the ones they should throw away as they're poisonous, and they give them out to online clients using Uber eats App. Our fridge is at a perfect temperature and we always buy cheese but this is too much and deadly. I hope my kid doesn't get sick from swallowing some of the cheese . Please STOP selling bad products and adjust your big fridges temperature . Even the milk box is linking. Unhappy with the service provided through the Uber eats App from this Wal-Mart supercenter.
I love that this Walmart has gotten rid of their door greeters and have brought in the door interrogators I also love that they got rid of all of their cashiers and make us be our own and then accuse every single. One of us is stealing 3 to 4 times a week. I threw my receipt and kept walking. I can't wait till they get rid of their door interrogators and start funding the police to just put everyone in handcuffs and accuse them of stealing guilty till proven innocent
This location has to be the WORST Walmart!! I've been here about two or three times. This is the dirtiest and most unkept location I've been to. They have no cash registers that are operated by people. They have all self checkouts that take forever when staffed by only one employee. products are often left laying in the wrong place by shoppers and no associates pick them up. Self check out had two large portions of hamburger that were sitting there. I'd assume this had to be thrown out as they can't be put back on to the shelf. The customers at this location are messy and only care about themselves. Everyone is always in a hurry and very rude. There was also no shopping carts available in store whatsoever for use. One of the absolute worst shopping experiences you can have.
This location has long hours which is great as much in the area closes much earlier. I have had many a late night run. The selection of grocery can be limited and picked over on busy days but over all it is a decent one stop shop and when you can find a staff member they are always helpful.
Made a purchase Oct. 28 and it was posted immediately on my visa. Returned a portion on Oct. 29 and still waiting for the credit to appear. A phone call produced no results. She simply blamed it on the credit card co. And was of no help at all. Will stop my rare visits to this store as the service is not great. Even the survey does not work. I wonder why. Would they ever get a good one! Add this to all your bad reviews.
I don't like this I always see the price the offer is different from the price of things on the shelf, this is not good for me this is the second time I buy things other than the price shown After going home, I compare prices on the bill, and I see that I have eaten an Ottoman Khazuruq This time I went back to Walmart to take the photo
Cancelled my order two days before Christmas without any explanation. Customer Service's only solution was for me to reorder the product. Absolutely pathetic customer service. A good reminder why one should use Amazon.
Trying to understand why you have 1 person working walmart pick up. I sat and waited 10 minutes for the one employee to pick up the phone, and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for the groceries to be brought out to my car. Pickup is suppose to be convenient. Perhaps ensuring that there’s more than one employee serving a whole department may help, seeing as how you are a multi billion dollar company i’m sure you can afford it.
