Canadian Tire

If you gonna see how could be the worse customer service of your life, you can head to this Canadian tire auto service. I wanted to swap my winter tire with summer ones, they told me I should go there 7:30 in the morning for reception. I arrived at 7:35 and a few people were in the line. Amazingly, only one staff, unbelievably slow and completely naive with computer was responsible for check in. Only one person in peak time!!! I stayed 20 minutes and he was still processing the first customer, only for tire change check in. I was number 6 in queue and simply could estimate that I should wait for more than 1 hour and half to check in. I have no idea who is the manager there and who organizes the working schedule, though, I'm pretty sure, they don't care if you wait for 1 hour to only ask a question.

Went there today for potting soil and the guy approached me and asked what I am looking for and kept checking me. Since when do follow customer who browse on your products? I regularly go to cad tire to check for new plants, but dont follow me around as if im going to shoplift. I can't even take time to choice. Unfortunately I needed the soil so i bought it. But will never go to this store anymore. Dummies.

The customer service is just awful, especially the old lady with brown hair who is in charge of the front! She is so mean!!!! I try to be nice with her but she always gives me attitude and says mean words to me. Anyway, just try to stay away from her if u can!

This is by far the worse Canadian tire I've been to. The auto center is managed by rude and incompetent people and is disturbingly dirty. I will never come back here and will likely not try my luck at any other CT store since Canadian Tite do not seem to care (this is not the first negative review)... If your care broke down on their parking lot, I would still suggest you get the car towed to another garage. They will steal your money and even worse: they will steal your time. Do Not Go!

i'm very disappointed about the posts!! How can a store that use to be always on top to drop like this!!!!! Not acceptable. I started my career in this store 23 years ago, i worked in it for 5 years before moving to other canadian tire stores (Spent 11 years with canadian tire), at that time i remember that our top priority were customer satisfation with top custom service, merchandising always well done.... I remember, i used to know every single customer i even made good friends that i still have today. And on a top of all it was my best school ever, more than the BBA and MBA that i did. We had a geat team.
