I am thrilled with our hot tub. As first time owners we went into Backyard Retreat seeking information and needing to learn in order to make the best decision for us. Bjorn was kind, patient, and highly informative sharing all the information we needed to make our decision. It took several visits and lots of questions and each time Bjorn walked us through options and information. He understands that purchasing a hot tub/spa is a big investment and treats it such. In the end, we chose the best tub for us and from decision to delivery we were guided and supported through the process. One of the best things of purchasing at Backyard Retreat is we know there is someone there to answer our questions along the way and to ensure we remain satisfied with our purchase.

The hot tub we ordered was on back order so it took a little while, but we were told that would be likely when placing the order. We've had the tub for 3 months now. We use it everyday. We opted for the model with lots of jets. Glad we made that choice because they are so strong. You can adjust that to your preference. We are happy so far with the tub, it's easy to maintain. IMO much easier than a pool. We are still waiting for the cover that originally came with it. It's on back order I believe. We were still given a replacement in the mean time. Customer service was and still is excellent. We are very glad we made the decision to buy from Backyard retreats.

The best experience if you are looking for a hot tub. Logan was awesome and answered all of our questions. The ordering and delivery process was easy and we didn't wait too long. Once installed, Logan was easy to reach and was able to help us with understanding how to chemical balance our tub. We absolutely love our tub and appreciate all the help in helping us become more hot tub knowledgeable.

I originally purchased a Hydropool hot tub from Backyard Retreat close to 10 years ago when my wife and I moved to Tiny Ontario for our retirement. Delivery and installation went off without a hitch and we were ready to get her hooked up. We got an electrician to come shortly after and unfortunately we had some issues get it going. It turned out there was an issue with some of the electronics. Spoke to the owners and site unseen they sent us a new higher model no questions asked. That is the way to treat a customer! As time has progressed over the ten years since we had the original it had become clear we were in need of a new one. We received our new Hydropool tub last Wednesday and the guys showed up right when they said would. Installation went flawlessly and I was enjoying the new tub the next day. A whole bunch of new features made this new tub incredible. Dealing with Backyard Retreat to purchase the new tub, thanks to Logan, was seamless and promised delivery was right on the money. Would highly recommend Backyard Retreat for any of your spa needs. My wife and I and 2 year old daughter popped into the Milton location before it closed looking for a hot tub and were greeted Bjorn Wilmot BJ, the owner who was a real pleasure to work with. He helped us pick out the perfect hot tub for our new home. Honestly, he is probably the best hot tub salesman I've ever met. We visited 4 other hot tub locations/stores before coming across Backyard Retreat and we were very impressed with the selection and prices. BJ was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions with a bit of humour and took care of storage of the tub and arranged delivery when we were ready. He also provided the specs of the tub for our builder and electrician to help with an easy installation. Although we haven't hooked up the tub yet, as the house isn't completed it is the thing that we are looking most forward to when we get occupancy. 5 out of 5 starts for Backyard Retreat!

Bought our swim spa from Backyard Retreat. Since it is such an expensive purchase, we wanted to make sure we went to a company that would take care of us. The process was seamless and very "customer first" oriented. What really made me happy is that we got our swim spa over a month early. The staff are really knowledgeable and are there to help even after the swim spa is in the ground. I would highly recommend them if you are looking at purchasing a swim spa or hot tub.

My family and I started looking for a swim spa in 2019. After doing my research we ended up purchasing from Backyard Retreat. I found the salesperson Will to be amazing. He took the time and effort to explain what and how a swim spa worked. Will moved onto a different department but Bjorn stepped in and continued providing amazing customer service. Bjorn is always willing and able to help with any questions or concerns we may have. Backyard Retreat made the installation very easy and provided us with a contact referral for the electrician , Deck Builder and the cement pad installation. Since my installation in 2020 I have referred both my Brother in law and a co worker to Bjorn who have also purchased swim spa’s. I continue to have no issues in referring my friends and relatives to Bjorn because I’m confident he will look after them. I highly recommend you see Bjorn if your interested in a swim spa or hot tub!

Logan and the staff at Backyard retreat were fantastic! We bought our swim spa back in June and expected some delays as with every industry right now. Logan was great with keeping us informed with delivery updates and provided guidance with appropriate preparation prior to delivery. He returned our calls within 24 hours and always with the highest professioalism and pleasant demeanor. Our spa was only minorly delayed only a month later -which we felt was reasonable. The amazing delivery crew, crane operator and electrician worked together to make set up seamless. What's even better is the product itself! WE LOVE IT!!!! There hasn't been one week where we haven't used our swim spa. This was definitely an investment that we thoroughly enjoy and don't regret. Logan and Backyard Retreat continue to provide us support answering questions particulary, water chemistry questions. To say we are pleased is an understatement.
