Canadian Tire

I was coming back to Edmonton from out of town and checked surrounding Canadian tires for something online. This was 14 mins out of my way but said I could pickup by 1:30. I ordered, then a minute later it said 2PM. No big deal, 5 mins later it said it was already ready. I chose to do front end pickup so it would be in and out like the other locations. When I got there, customer service helped me right away but then called someone to go get the product. I asked why they don’t use the lockers or have it ready like the notification I got and she said she wasn’t sure.nnWas debating on leaving a review but after seeing the rest it seemed warranted. If you are a store with systems that are intended for consistency across all locations… you should follow them. That way customers always return because they receive the same service they expect based off previous locations/visits.nnI could’ve walked in, got the products myself, and cashed out faster than ordering pickup in advance online.

Excellent selection, clean establishment and fantastic customer service. Especially the service counter, the gentleman who helped me replace my battery was so kind and helpful. I just wanted to buy a new battery to replace the one I had which wouldn’t hold a charge. He kindly checked and found that I had a warranty remaining and replaced the battery. He didn’t need to do that, but clearly was committed to providing amazing customer service, which I greatly appreciated!

Just want to thank all the staff I came into contact with on Sunday 18th Jan. I have to use a walker to get around, and each time I needed to get past one of the very busy workers going back and forth, they were more than willing to stand still and let me pass. Thay were all so helpful and polite, and they all played a part in making my day better. So.... a big shout out to all the staff who took the time to put me the customer first. Thanks to everyone!!!

On Thursday, I went to the store looking for a single razor located in aisle 14. The product was locked up, so I had to find a staff member to open it. They said they would take care of it and never came back. I waited 20 minutes.nnI then had to find another employee, who called it in over the radio, and I waited another 10 minutes. That’s 30 minutes of my day wasted due to completely deficient service.nnIn the end, I left empty-handed.nnIt’s unacceptable to have products locked up without staff available to assist customers. You need to hire people who actually take responsibility for customer service. As a customer, I will not be returning.

This rating is for a store sales associate thank you Danny for your help and patience not once but twice today first I needed help finding the correct replacement bulbs for my Christmas tree which I had no ideas there would be so many different ones then in a totally different department I could not find an associate to unlock a glass cabinet I wanted to purchase something from do I wandered about to find and found Danny again who wasn’t sure he’d have a key for that cabinet but tried a few and found! Danny I hope your manager knows what an asset you are to this store. Wishing you patience for the crazy holiday season! Merry Christmas and thank you! My grandchildren are coming tomorrow to decorate my tree that’s why I was rushing to get bulbs.
