Excellent Customer Service! Took me right to the item that I was looking for. Every time that I've been to this location, there's always been friendly, approachable staff available, and willing to help. Appreciate your customer service!
Best hardware shop I've been to! Me and my family have been coming here for about nine years, and as a young collector back then this is where we came for the Schleich models! It's still amazing after all these years!
There's 2 older women who work here that are so nasty to deal with. The 1 woman with darker hair blocked off the checkout while open because she was filling the cooler with pop, so it crammed up the front door exit with people waiting to pay and people trying to leave. The other woman with short blonde hair is so short and snippy. I asked about chick's, the younger very sweet young lady attempted to ask the older woman about chick's and she snapped back in an evil manner that she was busy with a customer. Didn't even make eye contact with the younger employee. Just kept walking.nHonestly this location needs an overhaul with employees. The 2 younger girls up front were awesome! Polite, customer service orientated, and helping each other out. The older women wouldn't call them ladies are too short and entitled to be working with the public.
Some of the staff here are unbelievably rude. Clearly they are desperate for employees and will keep anyone with a heartbeat. The older blonde/gray hair lady in shipping complained to me about her job and about working there and how she wasnt paid enough. Later I went back to pick up the item I purchased online and it was still in the store but being held for someone else who bought it AFTER me. There was an error in processing the paperwork in a timely manner and now there are no more in stock, and she refused to try and make it right. The shipping lady raised her voice at my husband and I, as though we were misbehaving children and it was our fault they sold our purchase and that their internal paperwork errors were our problem. All the while, the item was still sitting there in the back room. The store was packed and everyone saw and heard her lecturing us. She then proceeded to follow us to the doors with her tone and continued to patronize us, until my usually very calm husband got frustrated amd embarrassed enough to raise his voice in return. We spent almost $1700 to be treated like that. Then we were essentially told we would have to jump through hoops to get a refund and that the store would not be refunding us. We called head office and are waiting on a response. Hopefully they step up and make this right. If so we may shop at other location, but until the store in Spruce Grove gets new and professional staff, we will never go back.
Selling Foxglove flowers without any sort of warning of how poisonous they are is nuts!!! There were literally people sniffing these flowers today when even the pollen is poisonous. Children were touching the leaves! At least put up a warning or something. So irresponsible.
