Customer service was great, Kyra was extremely polite and respectful to her staff and customers, great to see. She delivered our food instead of yelling for us to come get it always smiling!! The place was warm, thank you!! Clean and good food

Ordered a Chocolate Extreme Blizzard yesterday. The ice cream wasn't very Chocolatey nor mixed well. There were gaps of vanilla ice cream and most toppings on top. Dissappointed. Don't be in such a hurry with it and make it properly. I don't like wasting my money.

Asked for Happy Birthday to be written on a cake and the young girl at front counter looked at me as if I spoke to her in a different language. Then she handed me a pen and paper and asked me to spell it out? Lmao. I brought 6 kids in and wanted to split up a cake for them.. not to hard right? So I asked for plates. Again she looked at me like I was an idiot. After begrudgingly staring at me for 15 seconds with a blank stare like nothing was processing through her mind. She had to go ask her manager. Manager says that don’t have plates. So you sell cakes but no way for several people to eat them in store? They ended up handing me like burger/fry trays to put the ice cream on. Would recommend they put employees at the counter that don’t look like a deer in headlights at every customer request.

food here is what you expect, even the ice cream is kind of basic. truthfully not even sure if it's cream or milk. they used to make their dilly bars in house, now it's shipped.ntruthfully if you want multiple types or flavors, then here is fine. if you want good ice cream go to Jacks
