I had an appointment at 8 a.m. which was changed to 9 without clear notice, and unfortunately, the staff I interacted with were dismissive. I’d like to share this feedback so others have a better experience.

I had a tire change here yesterday they called and said that the lug nuts needed to be changed as I just wanted it to be done I agreed. When I go to pick it up everything looks good from the outside so I started yo drive it home in the middle of driving it started to make a sound like rumbling and tapping, as I was already getting into the highway so I had no choice but to continue driving till I can find a somewhere to stop. When I check almost all of the lug nuts was loose and one even came off, turned out they did not put the right size and it wasnot tightened properly that they became loose when I drove. If I could give a zero review I would because it even said there on the paper receipt inspection done if they did they would have noticed the sound when driving it back to the parking lot.So dissapointed and mad as mistake like this could have could have me to have an accident. Last photo was of the lug nuts the one on the left was the one I had before just notice the size diffirence.

I have been shopping at this location for years and just today I walked in wearing a purse that is styled like a small backpack for ease of carrying things. I have been in this exact store, wearing this exact purse numerous times up until today. I walked right past the security guard and he even watched me and my husband walk through the store towards the seasonal section. It wasn't until later in our shopping when I had a purchase in hand that he choose to chase me down and say my BAG was too large and even asked if I had a smaller purse like yeah I would just have that sitting in my car. After stating it was not a bag but a purse with my personal items such a wallet etc in it. He proceeded to tell me it was too large. And so I outright asked what he would like me to do. I was told to leave the store. I told my husband this and we left the purchase behind, talked to a manager who then proceeded to tell us that there must have been an misunderstanding as we would not be told to leave the store but rather leave the purse at the front desk. Who in their right mind would leave their personal items, wallet, keys, essential items out of their view while they shop. We proceeded to leave the store and have filed a formal complaint with the head office over this treatment. This policy is absolutely absurd and I no longer plan to bring my business to this store period. We also can not buy plastic bags, so are we expected to leave those behind at front desk if they too are too large. I mean come on. I understand safety and theft regulations but you also have the detectors at the doors. This is in no way a welcoming way to shop in this store, and if it had really been a problem why was I not approached when we first entered the store and was seen then with my purse.

My Infiniti has a coolant leak on March 13, 2025. We got Canadian Tire to fix it. We had the radiator replaced by them. The car is fine now.nnHowever, we have horrible experiences with the auto department. The repairmen and the manager did not care about their repair work. They sent us home with a stuck hood, squashed wire, and cracked panel.nn- Stuck hoodnWhen we picked up the car, they gave us the key without mentioning anything. When we got home, we found out we could not open the hood.nnWe contacted the auto department, they told us the hood was stuck when the car came in. They had a written note on the paper saying the hood was stuck. We had phone calls from the auto department about repair. However, at no point during repair, they mentioned the hood was stuck. We had to argue with the Manager for hours the next day to have the hood unjammed by their technician.nnWe never had an issue open or close the hood before and there is no issue after. We suspect the technician did not close the hood properly to get it stuck.nn- Squashed wirenWhen I was changing air filter a month later, we found out a wire was squashed between two panels right above the radiator and was out of place. See the pictures attached.nnNot sure anyone with a reasonable mind would tight down the panels with a wire in between.nnWe are glad that we have not come across electric or fire hazard yet.nn- Cracked PanelnSee the picture attached.nnVery disappointed with their work and will not have my car serviced there ever again.
