I brought my car in today to get new winter tires. I have no idea what they did to my car but it wouldn’t start when they were done. They claim they did nothing wrong, yet it worked when they drove it in. Then they tried to blame the fact that I have an after market remote starter. My father will go back with a truck and trailer to pick it up and will most likely have to remove the car started completely. They took no blame and there was no apology and now I’m left with the aftermath. I will never go there again. Update: I’ve read your response, so the car was working just fine when they pulled it into the shop. Is that correct? Cause you said that they pulled it into the shop and put it on the hoist. Then whatever they did to it during the tire change who knows, I wasn’t there then it wouldn’t start. We’ve had this vehicle for 7.5 years and never an issue like this. Also, it’s my wife’s car and when she wax trying to pick it up and asked what happened one of the workers snapped at her.
Very knowledgeable Staff and willing to go the extra to make sure you are satisfied. I had a scare today with oil sprayed all over the side of my truck. They put my truck up on their hoist to look at it and allowed me to look as well, did not charge me for the inspection. Thankfully there wasn't any issues with my truck, i just drove over some oil. Big thank you to the staff! All the other work they have done on my truck is excellent. Wheel baring, drive shaft U joint, upper/lower ball joints, and AC. No issues since they were fixed.
Dave and the guys at Trail Tire in Spruce Grove are amazing. I originally took my vehicle to another shop in Spruce Grove, they charged me for parts that were never put in, overcharged me for labor and the parts they put in only lasted 2 years. At Trail tire, I got what I paid for, the service was friendly, fast, and at a much lower cost. Thank you Trail tire.
Went for seasonal tire swap. Friendly service. They recommended some things but I never felt pressured. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Place was busy and Owner called most customers that walked in the door by name, which is always a good sign.
Took my truck in to get the tires balanced, got my truck back and still has the same problem. Took to another shop and got it done. Way better now. Won’t be going back to trail tire anymore. Can’t even balance tires..
Make sure you take pictures of your rims before dropping off your vehicle otherwise they will not assume any responsibility for any damage done to your wheels. The damage was so recent that it still had the white dust on the rim where someone tried to pry the center logo.
I just call to get a price on having tires installed so wanted a price well had to know size then wanted type of vehicle down to the year. I was fine with that but called others and they never wanted so much info but the price was almost double to install & balance. I guess I stick with Kal tire as there a lot cheaper. I thinking the guy must be new or out to retire quickly charging well 80.00 more Plus tax as he was sire to end with that. The online sellers must take away lots of business & perhaps the rent hurting them but gouging is not a way to get business in a smaller area either

In a word - INTEGRITY. We have been taking our vehicles here since they opened. The team and work done are amazing. Not only are they courteous and knowledgeable - they ALWAYS advise use on the best solutions and most cost-effective approach to problems - even when it means taking our vehicle elsewhere i.e. for warranty work we were unaware was covered. We won’t go anywhere else.
