Canadian Tire

Very disgusting after sales customer service - automotive. I asked them to change the tire and they saw something that needed to be fixed. The front wheel ball joint. After they changed the tire and the ball joint all the lights went on. This is not even 24 hours after I got my car from this crooks. I brought it back to them and they want me to pay $379 for diagnostics. Take note this happened after they change my tire and ball joint. The manager is so disgusting and does not want to own their responsibility. So immature, the Manager Peter even hand gesture bye bye to me. The mechanics here are incompetent as they dont know what they are doing. Do not go to Canadian Tire for your automotive services if you dont want this to happen to you. My first and last service of my car here in Canadian Tire St. Albert.

Love this store, well laid out, so much selection, not just a hardware store or an auto parts store but everything you need for a Home to be completed indoors and out. Very helpful and friendly staff who care about what they do, ask anyone on staff and they will drop what they're doing and make sure you get what you need. Cheap replacement or high end they have it, and more, plus the deals are ever-changing and meaningful not just 5% here or 10% there but 30 to 50% in a lot of cases. Plus Party City is in the store as well.

The mechanic department of this store is totally a scam. My son paid 1300 for nothing. His car was not fixed at all.This is totally unacceptable.How can you guys serve customers with those kind of system? You guys should be fixing the problem and helping customers not robbing our hard earned money.

I will never go to this store again. Worse customer service ever. The elderly man working at customer couldn’t not even be bothered to make eye contact, greet me or ask how he could help me. When I explain I needed a refund he was rude, abrasive and acting like it was the most outrageous request he had ever been asked. Before my refund had even been processed the man started helping the customer his coworker was helping and ignored me until a few minutes later when I had to ask what was even going on. This experience took a 20 minutes of my life I will never get back. I will make sure I always go to London Drugs or Lowes in lieu of your store.

I had the worst experience. I specifically told the young girl with long brown hair that I DIDN’T want to have my engine light turned off. I signed the form after I confirmed with her I wouldn’t be charged and she said yes. In fact my partner asked as well and she said yes I wouldn’t be charged. Once I went to pay and I noticed the 66.00 charged and I questioned her about it politely since I work in customer service as well. She became unnecessarily flustered and called her co worker over who was in my opinion was aggressive. The whole interaction has led me to believe that maybe the girl had made some other mistakes. Don’t even get me started on the service tech or the fact it took him a whole hour to get my car into the shop when I had an appointment. Terrible place and poorly trained young staff. I’m never coming back. The girl needs to be able to customer complaints and questions without getting flustered as it shows a lack of confidence on her part.
