We got a room last minute last night and the front staff was super helpful. The room was great, we had our own AC with a mini fridge and microwave. Very clean, I will definitely refer this place to anyone looking
Good room, clean, great location, walk to everything. Not much service though... no morning coffee, but Tim Hortons is near by.Rooms: 5/5
It is a hole in the wall but the owners and new desk people are trying their best to clean up the place.
The motel is very dirty and the management they are very disrespectful and they they have disgusting smells and I only spend one hour and I left immediately everything is disgusting, shampoo, used towels, used sink faucet, lid not working, disgusting
Stayed last night, bathroom was litterly dirty with used soap bars on the floor, as well as the shower floor was wet as if someone just used it. 200$ ?? At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the bedding wasn’t changed. Rooms: 4/5
Roach infested! Stayed 1 nite 4am until 11am checkout. Killed 1before bed and 1after. Bathroom light not working had to use cell phone light to shower. TV remote not working had to turn on manually and can't change channels. No extra toilet paper and shampoo bottle half used with only one tiny soap. PRAYING NO BEDBUGS!
Wet Floor, dirty washroom, cockroaches moving around,unprofessional staff, asking questions which is not necessary All in all I had the Worst experience in Queensway motel.
Not the newest motel in the city but for what it is and the rooms have both microwave and a fridge. Both smoking and non smoking rooms as well. Surrounded by good restaurants and fast food joints. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Been going here for over ten years and its prob my fav.
Don't stay here. 90% sure it has bed bugs. Found 3 bites on my arms the next day. Stairway is full of garbage on the ground. Non-smoking rooms reek of smoke. Regret staying here.Rooms: 1/5
At the front desk I was told to sign my full name on an electronic signature pad and my receipt was printed out. My e-signature appeared just below the No Refund disclosure on the receipt that was handed to me. I was not shown this No refund disclosure prior to signing, but there was a small sign, which was placed on the check in counter, that stated No Refunds. We were checked into a single room with a queen size bed. My friend was starting to unpack when my son who was with me noticed that there were cockroaches on the floor of the room, some alive, some dead. I was so embarrassed! I told my friend to start repacking while I immediately went back to the motel office to inform them of our discovery. We were in the room no more than approximately 20 minutes! I informed the front desk clerk that I had no intention of accepting a room that was cockroach infested and that I expected a full refund as we were not going to stay there. The desk clerk, without even going to our room to verify our find for himself, merely offered to move me to another room and also told me that he was not authorized to refund my deposit due to their No Refund policy. I told him that I didn't want my friend to stay anywhere in their motel, since cockroaches are likely to be there as well and also that cockroaches present a potential health hazard, let alone that you also risk the possibility of carrying them home with you! The desk clerk told me that only the owner, at his sole discretion, could reverse a charge. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he wasn't in and for me to call the following morning when he would be. I left quite angry and came back the next morning and again was told that the owner wasn't in but was on his way, which turned out to be not true. In any event I started getting the runaround and spent the next 2 days trying to connect with the owner and finally, after my continuous persistence, on the morning of December 9, 2019 I was informed by the desk clerk that the owner was not going to give me a refund for the 1 week stay, even though my friend did not spend a single night there.
