Very limited stock and staff has limited product knowledge. I was shopping for a big screen TV and I seemed to have more knowledge than the staff. Not to mention, no one offered to help, I had to go and interrupt two employees talking away in order to get assistance. They barely had any TV's in stock and even the ones they did were last year models.

This is the store closer to my place. It's very convenient because there's a home depot, canadian tire and shoppers drug mart near to it as well. It is usually not crowded and the staff is friendly and helpful. I no negative points about this location.

I enjoy strolling through the store once in a while. And when I do visit this location to purchase something I usually ask for some information regarding the product in mind. Unfortunately more than once did it seemed that I knew more about the product than the employee. This wouldn't be an issue if they could actually call someone that could have an answer

Excellent store with very knowledge and helpful staff. They stand by their products and if their is a glitch, they fix it asap.
I bought a washer dryer, a television, headphones, a keyboard and a DVD player and it is my go to place for electronics.

Do not purchase any services from Geek Squad, they are completely useless and overpriced. Better off purchasing your computer direct from manufacturer as well and skipping the headache.

Came in with a laptop that was giving me problems and that I had purchased from them 7 months earlier. The service rep at the counter was unhelpful and actually tried to convince me that 7 months was a good amount of time to get out of a laptop...
