I had an extremely frustrating experience with this store. On November 24th, the website showed an iPhone 15 available at this location, so I made the trip to purchase it in person. After taking my money, I was informed that they didn’t actually have it in stock and that it would be delivered by the next evening. This was completely misleading—if I wanted to order online, I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming to the store.nnDespite their apology and promise of delivery by November 25th, it has now been 4 days, and I still don’t have the phone. After countless calls to customer support, I was told there was an issue with my address which they failed to record properly and that I’d have to wait even longer.nnThis experience has been a disaster. The staff’s lack of attention to detail and the inaccurate website caused me to waste time and energy. It’s unacceptable, and I deeply regret trusting this store with my purchase. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Stockyards LocationnALL the staff at this location stands out from other Best Buy stores. They were easy to locate when I needed assistance and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Special mention of Makayla & Meheru!
