Blinds To Go

The store clerks were very friendly and helpful. The best part of my experience was working with James Romero who did everything related to measuring and installing the blinds. James is courteous, professional, punctual, efficient, detail oriented. He did such an amazing job installing my blinds (I have 7 in the living room alone), that the valances look like they are all one piece. Thank you so much, James.

Excellent service provided in store when we ordered our blinds. James the installer came to take measurements and he was very professional and knowlegable on the products. He did an amazing job with the installation. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing window coverings installed.

Poor engineering for roller blinds with a pull chain that has the finished/valence cover. Do not get the cover with the pull chain because the chain gets caught on the bracket that supports the cover. Also beware of the problems with installing the roller blinds above the window frame. Spacers are required so that the blind can be lowered and not hit the frame. Neither of these problematic issues were indicated by the sales staff due to a lack of knowledge. I indicated these problems to customer service and I did not get a response. Poor design, engineering, and customer service.

Got what I look for. Sales Rep at the store was knowledge and helpful. The product shipped quickly after ordering.
